Muscle strength is not developed just by playing sports. Targeted muscle building is a significant element of conditioning training. In this stage, players focus on building strength. Having stronger muscles not only improves power and endurance, but also prevents joint injuries and corrects posture imbalances.
Power & Quickness
A player's amount of power will definitely set him/her apart from the rest. At this stage, the player will generate the greatest possible force in the shortest possible time.
SPEED & AGILITY
In this stage, players focus on improving their reaction time, sprint speed, and the ability to get to the target fast and effectivily.
